Pentru animalul de mai sus, va recomand un kernel cel putin 2.6.19 datorita unor buguri de &amp;quot;bad state&amp;quot; (a se vedea https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=179702 ). &lt;br /&gt;
La acest model rezolvarea problemei a fost un kernel update,urmat de un upgrade de bios de pe pagina producatorului.&lt;br /&gt;

Distributia curenta pe acest model e Ubuntu 7.04 &amp;quot;Feisty Fawn&amp;quot;. In timpul instalarii veti avea surpriza ca interfata grafica sa nu porneasca. Workaround: instalati cu installerul in mod text sau din consola live-cd-ului sa dati sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install xorg-driver-fglrx; sudo aticonfig --initial si /etc/init.d/gdm restart (gdm poate fi inlocuit de xdm/kdm).&lt;br /&gt;

Dupa instalare, activarea &amp;quot;Multiverse&amp;quot; si aducerea la zi a pachetelor, pentru rezolvarea diverselor probleme de suspend2disk/suspend2ram (vezi sudo pmi capabilities) am editat astfel /etc/default/acpi-support:&lt;br /&gt;
