Thanks, I have seen this before, seems it comes from an usrtpeam bug where the default settings are not correct. I can't rememeber the specific trigger for this, but it only effected some people. I'll have to re apply the old patch to force main grid on a default install. I bet what has happened now so you can't select the main grid is the remeber username/password system has kicked in as well and jammed the selection. Try doing a purge of snowglobe apt-get purge snowglobe, and also remove your ~/.snowglobeomv folder then reinstall. Then select a grid to login on the first login attempt. If you want to be really sure, start snowglobe from the command line as snowglobe loginuri which will force the login to go to the main LL grid BTW this is also how you can add other grids to the drop down list in the future if you ever want to.
